Paul Holden is chief information officer and managing director for Aon eSolutions. With responsibility for executing systems and technologies strategies, Holden oversees product development, architecture and technology operations supporting a global customer base comprising more than 200,000 users in nearly 70 countries using four core products.

With more than 20 years of IT strategy leadership experience, Holden is an insurance-technology veteran of leading third-party administrators. Prior to joining Aon eSolutions in 2007, Holden served as vice president of information technology for Broadspire Management Services, Inc. He previously served for 8 years as vice president and director of technology infrastructure for Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc.
