Insurance broker Alexander & Alexander forms risk technology practice group Anistics.

 

1989

Anistics launches ARIS/AMS pc-based risk management information system (RMIS)

 

1994

Valley Oak Systems founded to provide full-featured claims administration system.

 

Risk Laboratories founded to focus on providing risk management information systems.

 

1996

Alexander & Alexander launches Access A&A, the first in industry interet-based portal to enhance interaction with clients.

 

1997

Aon acquires A&A.  Access A&A rebranded AonLine.

 

Aon forms Aon Risk Managment Information Group and integrates Anistics into group.

 

Aon forms RiskNet Worldwide to provide online safety services.

 

2000

RiskNet changes name to SafetyLogic and expands suite of online safety tools and services.

 

Aon releases first global web-native RMIS, Aon Risk Monitor.

 

2001

Risk Labratories releases RiskConsole.

 

 

2002

Valley Oak Systems releases iVOS.

 

2003

Aon forms eSolutions Group with renewed focus on internet-based risk tools.   Combines management of AonLine, Risk Monitor and SafetyLogic.

 

2004

Aon acquires Risk Laboratories and joins eSolutions Group.

 

2007

Aon acquires Valley Oak Systems and joins eSolutions Group.
