iVOS Review Software – “Process Your Own Bills”
iVOS Review Software provides the capability to perform bill review right within your claims management system. This capability dramatically increases productivity, speed, accuracy, data access, and eliminates the needs for daily data links to third-party bill review services. Policy Administration and Underwriting
The Policy Administration System is a fully integrated approach to handle your policy and claims processing needs. The system contains the base features of iVOS such as diary, sticky notes, correspondence, claim mail, and reports to provide you with the one-system functionality and familiarity. The system supports workers’ compensation for multiple jurisdictions and property and casualty coverage, including multi-line policies to allow claims handling by line of business. Case Management
The Case Management Module provides a complete solution for managing medical care. It enables nurses, examiners, and bill analysts to share information such as notes, diaries, and treatment plan information. It creates a collaborative automated workflow using business rules, establishes efficient workflows and accurate documentation, and tracks the effectiveness of nurse case management programs.
Billing
The Billing Module, with its time tracking and account management features, provides the ability to auto-generate invoices, review and modify invoices, print invoices, and receive payment against invoices. Additional Billing features include service fee billing types, invoice payment approval capability, automatic billing from time tracking entries, payment reconciliation, and standard reports. The capability to generate invoices and apply receipts to invoices through accounts receivable functionality provides the necessary data for aging reports.
Events Management System
The Events Management System provides a convenient and effective way to capture information immediately after an event or incident has occurred. The system is customizable and can be accessed by an unlimited number of users from any location with an Internet connection and without a login requirement.
