Injury Illness Tracking/OSHA Recordkeeping
The Aon eSolutions safety management solution offers comprehensive tracking and recording that fulfills all government standards for recordkeeping and reporting of OSHA-recordable injuries and illnesses.
Once a reported incident is reviewed and submitted to the safety management system, the location's OSHA Forms 301 and 300 log are automatically updated. A current OSHA Form 300 and annual 300A report can be generated quickly whenever needed – to meet the request of an OSHA officer or to meet the annual posting requirements. Updates can be easily made to submitted cases. Approved company users can compile a site-specific record or pull all location records into a comprehensive report of the company's OSHA data.
The safety management system allows the user to track both recordable and non-recordable events. Data can be entered manually or by setting up a data feed with carrier or TPA to avoid having to manually enter data more than once, which reduces errors and redundancies. Other automated features of the module include:
- BLS reporting
- OSHA 300/300A batch printing
- Incident rate/DART rate reporting
- Upgraded data feeds
- The ability to attach images and written documents to cases
- OSHA decision tree
- Ability to calculate multiple lost-time cycles, root-cause analysis, and incident investigation fields
