Safety Meeting and Training Tracking
The Aon safety management system also includes a suite of safety meeting and training tracking tools, including:
- Safety meeting tracking
- Action items tracking
- Resource library
- Distribution of content, action items, surveys and more
Safety meeting tracking
With this feature of our safety management solution, you can schedule, track and follow up on safety committee meetings and supervisor/manager safety contacts and meetings with employees. The ability to record the meeting topic, materials used, and attendance can provide documentation of training provided to your employees in this manner. Safety meeting or training materials developed by Aon or your company for non-safety-related topics can also be uploaded into the system. The use and distribution of these materials can then be managed, tracked and reported
The resource library provides access to the Aon eSolutions safety management online library, which also includes customizable areas to post a company’s own content such as policies, procedures and best practice manuals which can also be profiled to a specific location.
Corrective action items can be distributed, resolved and tracked through completion, including status, due date and more. Action items can be automatically triggered by non-compliant events (such as the incorrect response on a safety inspection), triggered by meetings or distributed by an administrative user. Site-level users typically “resolve action items” to close the loop.
Communications: bulletins & distributions
The system is also a communications tool and allows for administrators to send out bulletins and action items to all locations, a specific region or to a single location.
Administrators can also send out “distributions,” which may include client-specific documents from the resource library, such as new safety policies and procedures.
Aon eSolutions dashboarding enables senior executives, managers and safety professionals to view key safety performance metrics.
Any data collected by the system can be reported on. Aon eSolutions and clients can configure the reporting to create “dashboards” of graphical information and other visual windows of information based on specific metrics important to the client. This is Aon eSolutions Business Intelligence. All the reporting can be saved and scheduled to run on a frequency desired by the clients and emailed to the appropriate managers.
Some of the elements that clients can report on include:
- Overdue action items
- Completed action items
- Audit compliance scores
- Location “risk scores”
- Incidents by status
- Root cause analysis (cause of loss)
- Incident “risk scores”
- Ranking of locations
- Training records
