"With RiskConsole, we can provide underwriters with a clearer picture of our exposures," said Villarreal. Aon eSolutions extended the RiskConsole solution with custom modules to collect unique information.
As a result, Starwood is able to perform complete data collection, analysis, and reporting, which provides the company with a 360-degree view of its risks. This intelligence has enabled Starwood's claims and risk management team to reduce the number and severity of its workers' compensation claims, and since Starwood provides quality data and actuarial reports to its underwriters, it has achieved superior results in terms of coverage and premium rates.
