Stephen Rhee is chief operating officer for Aon eSolutions, responsible for financial reporting, M&A due diligence, and scaling the organization for organic and acquisition growth. 

Paul Holden is chief information officer for Aon eSolutions. With responsibility for executing systems and technologies strategies, Holden oversees product development, architecture and technology operations.

Don Ameche is senior vice president of global sales and marketing for Aon eSolutions. He leads sales, sales operations, sales consulting, and marketing on a global scale.

Ron Young is senior vice president of global product management, providing global product leadership for Aon eSolutions’ entire solutions portfolio.

Steve Cloutman is managing director of EMEA for Aon eSolutions. In his role, Cloutman is responsible for sales and oversight of Aon eSolutions’ products and services in EMEA.

David Black is the chief information security officer for Aon eSolutions and is responsible for strategy and approach to IT risks, execution of initiatives for protection of all products and services, as well as, our corporate environment.

Lisa Dragon is vice president of global professional services for Aon eSolutions. She is responsible for managing project management, business analysis, configuration, data migration and custom reporting for clients on a global scale.
